Our shipping charges include; the cost of shipment; the cost of packing materials; wages for our packing staff, insurance and the current rate of VAT. Orders are combined into a single shipping carton providing the combined weight is below 20Kgs. (Note: Bulky items may require orders to be packed into more than one shipping carton).
For most items under one kilo we ship via Royal Mail. Otherwise we use a two working day courier service (Interlink or Yodel). For furniture we use a two man delivery team which takes 7 working days. Your items are usually shipped within 24 hours of your payment clearing. Want it FAST? just contact us in advance of placing your order for a quote.

If you have any doubts please sign for it as 'unchecked' or as 'damaged'. This is essential to support any damage claim against the courier. In addition, please keep the original packaging materials. Returns Policy
The seller warrants to you that the goods will materially conform with the descriptions given in the listing and that the seller agrees and is able to sell the goods to you.
Goods purchased may be returned if you notify us by email within 7 days of receiving the goods and return them within 14 days. Returns must be pre-agreed. If the item is as described the purchaser will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us as well as the original postage and a checking and restocking fee.
Items will need to be returned in its original packaging and condition - please do not dispose of it as we cannot accept returns that are not returned in this way.
